Gay TV on a Thursday Night: ‘Real Housewives of ATL’ Finale

Another week has whipped by and it's already Thursday. Some of you faithful TV fans are probably reeling from the news that Dollhouse and its delectable star Eliza Dushku will disappear for sweeps, but the important thing is they will be back in December. But tonight's prime-time programs offer plenty of great guys and the return of one of our favorite gay characters ever in the 30 Rock house. Find out what to tune into tonight, then post your thoughts with other Planet Out readers below.

Start your night right with the cutest, most clever comedian ever: Joel McHale. On NBC at 8 p.m., an all-new Community called "Football, Feminism, and You" covers college basics like appropriate girl-talk etiquette. Later, at 9:30 p.m., the peacock network's award-winning 30 Rock airs the second episode of it's brand-spankin’-new season. Our favorite evil executive rival, Devon Banks (Will Arnett), returns to rehash things with Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin). After Banks’s whole selling the 'E' in GE debacle, Banks is seeking revenge. Take a look at our favorite C.E.O. in this clip called Donaghy Uncovered."

In a very different (less hilarious) working environment, the staff at Seattle Grace hospital is in the hot seat tonight. When a burn victim dies, someone must be held responsible. Problem is, all the docs have different stories as to what went down in the crazy, chaotic E.R. Find out whodunit tonight at 9 on ABC.

Can you believe the RIDIC season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta comes to a close tonight? There is, of course, still the promise of many a catfight, alternately known as the "reunion special" to come, but tonight 12 episodes’ worth of crazy Hotlanta Housewives come to a boiling point in the season finale. Will Nene Leakes and Kim Zolciak finally make up? Doubtful. But Kim Z. shares her wig secrets in the clip below, and the cost alone will make your hair stand on end!

Late night is still largely in repeat mode, but catch the fresh-faced and enormously talented Hilary Swank on The Jay Leno Show tonight talking up her big biopic on Amelia Earhart. A couple of repeats worth revisting: the most beautiful actress (for my money) Charlize Theron on Conan's couch at The Tonight Show and the equally attractive Ryan Reynolds on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. But the real draw: Nene Leakes AND Kim Zolciak will be on Jimmy Kimmel Live! tonight! If reality TV has taught me anything, it's that these two conceited chicks will be fighting on this show. Boo. Here's hoping someone flips their wig!

P.S.: Still a favorite titillating thriller among lesbians, Bound, is on Showtime HD tonight at 9 o'clock. Starring two brutally beautiful women, Jennifer Tilly and Gina Gershon, it's definitely a cinematic gem worthy of revisiting in high-def!

Tell us: Who's your favorite Real Housewife of Atlanta? What did you think of the finale?
